An Admin ensures smooth office operations by managing records, handling communication, organizing schedules, and supporting daily administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Site office visits and coordination with project stakeholders.
2. Client and consultant coordination for project execution.
3. Preparation and processing of project bills along with maintaining supporting documents.
4. Maintaining RFI records and project documentation.
5. Monitoring VTS and maintaining logbooks.
6. Managing company asset records and handling other administrative office tasks.
