
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have a commerce background, basic computer and Excel skills, and the ability to handle procurement, bill processing, and ticketing efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in procurement activities, including collecting quotations, preparing purchase orders, and following up with vendors.
Handle bill processing and coordinate with the finance team for timely payments.
Manage travel bookings and ticketing (flight, train, hotel arrangements, etc.) for employees.
Maintain and update records of office supplies, invoices, and administrative expenses.
Support in managing office maintenance, vendor coordination, and facility requirements.
Prepare and maintain data in Excel sheets for reports and tracking purposes.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and other administrative tasks as required.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and support internal teams when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent).
0–1 year of experience in administration or a similar role (freshers can also apply).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of procurement and billing processes.
Familiarity with ticketing and travel coordination.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
