Job Summary

The Admin Executive will support the smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the school, ensuring efficient coordination, compliance, and a positive environment for students, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage front-office operations, visitor handling, and parent coordination

• Maintain school records, files, and administrative documentation

• Coordinate with academic and non-academic staff for daily operations

• Handle vendor coordination, inventory, and basic procurement activities

• Support admissions, transport, and event-related administrative tasks

• Ensure compliance with school policies and safety norms

• Assist the Principal and management with administrative reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline

• 1–4 years of experience in school administration (preferred)

• Good communication skills in English and Gujarati

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
