Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Operations Management
Oversee daily hospital operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
Manage front office, housekeeping, security, biomedical waste, and facility services.
Ensure optimal utilization of resources and infrastructure.
Monitor patient flow, OPD/IPD processes, and service quality.
2. Manpower & HR Coordination
Manage staff attendance, duty rosters, leave, and shift planning.
Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and staff welfare activities.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and internal guidelines.
3. Financial & Cost Control
Manage petty cash, expenses, and operational budgets.
Verify vendor bills, purchase requests, and service contracts.
Control operational costs without compromising service quality.
Coordinate with accounts for billing issues and financial reporting.
4. Compliance, Licenses & Statutory Requirements
Ensure all statutory licenses are valid and renewed on time (Clinical Establishment, Fire, PCB, AERB, Pharmacy, Labour Licenses, etc.).
Maintain records and documentation for audits and inspections.
Ensure adherence to NABH / internal quality standards where applicable.
Coordinate with Head Office for license submissions and renewals.
5. Pharmacy & Inventory Control
Monitor pharmacy stock, expiry, near-expiry, and deviations.
Coordinate with SCM/Pharmacy team for stock audits and replenishment.
Ensure proper storage, documentation, and dispensing practices.
6. Patient Relations & Service Quality
Address patient complaints, escalations, and feedback professionally.
Ensure patient satisfaction and timely resolution of grievances.
Monitor TATs, service standards, and hospitality practices.
7. Vendor & Facility Management
Manage vendors related to housekeeping, security, maintenance, and utilities.
Ensure AMC adherence for medical and non-medical equipment.
Coordinate maintenance and infrastructure repairs.
8. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly administrative and operational reports.
Report deviations, incidents, and critical issues to Management and HO.
Act as a single point of contact between centre and Head Office.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Business Administration or related field
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare administration
Experience in multi-specialty or fertility centre administration is an added advantage
