•	Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, events, and training sessions.
•	Manage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
•	Handle emails, phone calls, and other communications professionally.
•	Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, presentations, and training materials.
•	Coordinate training logistics, participant registrations, and communication with trainers and attendees.
•	Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and documentation.
•	Provide general administrative and office support as required.
