Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day office administration activities
Maintain office records, files, and documentation
Manage vendor coordination and office supplies
Handle courier, dispatch, and inward/outward registers
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support
Maintain attendance records and employee data
Assist in travel arrangements and meeting coordination
Support purchase and inventory tracking of office items
Handle basic email communication and follow-ups
Ensure office cleanliness and facility management
