JD – Admin Executive:
1. Stock Management and Movement of Demo Stock:
Maintain records of all product stock (in/out).
Ensure timely consolidation of demo tracking sheets.
Prepare and share reports with Regional Sales Managers.
2. Office Administration:
Oversee day-to-day office maintenance.
Manage office expenses and handle petty cash transactions with accuracy.
3. Vendor & Payment Coordination:
Process vendor payments in line with company policies.
Liaise with vendors for timely delivery and issue resolution.
Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
4. IT Asset Management and Distribution:
Coordinate with the IT team for asset tracking and allocation.
Maintain updated records of IT equipment and office assets.
5. Courier & Logistics:
Manage courier services and ensure timely dispatch/delivery.
Track shipments and maintain courier records.
6. Employee Engagement Support:
Assist HR in preparing and organizing employee engagement activities in Chennai branch office and arrangement the required material.
7. Ad hoc Work assigned by HOD.
