Cold Calling: Contact prospective customers, introduce our products/services, generate leads, and follow up on potential business opportunities.
Email Correspondence: Handle daily email communication with customers, suppliers, and business partners in a professional and timely manner.
Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices, maintain accurate billing records, and coordinate with the relevant teams regarding payments and outstanding invoices.
Material Chasing: Follow up with suppliers and vendors to track material orders, confirm delivery schedules, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Customer Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with customers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and pending requirements.
Order Coordination: Monitor order progress and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, invoices, orders, and follow-up activities.
General Administration: Assist with routine office and operational tasks as required.
