Position: Branch Operation Executive
Department: Operations
Location: Branch Office
Reports To: Branch Manager / Operations Head
Handle day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all activities.
Manage student walk-ins, inquiries, documentation, and application processing (for education consultancy setups).
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, admissions, and fee submissions.
Coordinate with universities, partner agencies, and internal departments for updates and workflow.
Assist in pre-departure support, visa file preparation, and travel coordination.
Ensure timely communication with students and parents regarding process updates.
Oversee branch inventory, office supplies, and basic administrative duties.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly MIS reports to management.
Support the Branch Manager in target achievement and team coordination.
Ensure the branch follows all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
1–3 years of experience in operations, admin, or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM, email drafting, and document handling.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
