Key Responsibilities

1. Manage office operations including facilities, housekeeping, pantry, and supplies.

2. Handle vendor coordination for stationery, maintenance, internet, travel, and other office services.

3. Maintain records, files, reports, and official documents.

4. Coordinate internal meetings, schedules, and office events.

5. Support HR and management in administrative and operational tasks.

6. Ensure office policies, procedures, and compliance are followed.

7. Handle employee queries related to office facilities and administration.

8. Assist in procurement, asset management, and inventory tracking.

9. Monitor office expenses and prepare basic MIS reports.
