Job Title: Admin Executive
Experience: 1-5 Years
Location: Ichhapore, Surat, Gujarat
Salary: ₹25,000 ₹33,000 In-Hand per month
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
Manage office maintenance, housekeeping, security, and facility-related activities.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, stationery, pantry, repairs, and AMC services.
Maintain office records, files, asset registers, and administrative documentation.
Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as required.
Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transport for employees and visitors.
Handle courier, dispatch, and incoming/outgoing correspondence.
Support employee onboarding by arranging workstations, ID cards, and other administrative requirements.
Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and company events.
Ensure compliance with company policies related to administration and facilities.
Prepare MIS reports and maintain administrative expense records.
Liaise with internal departments and external service providers for seamless operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in Administration, Facility Management, or Office Administration.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Experience in vendor management and facility coordination will be preferred.
