Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
Ensuring system and space details are shared with management daily.
Vendor management (handling and experience required).
Maintaining stock records for all procurement and usage in a register.
Overseeing facilities management, including Electrical, Plumbing, AC, and Housekeeping.
Coordinating AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) for ACs, Fire Extinguishers, CCTV, and Bio-metrics, and maintaining service schedules for these vendors.
Managing daily operational tasks and tasks assigned by Directors, Senior Managers, or Supervisors.
Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, such as meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
