Greetings Everyone,

We are hiring an Admin Executive to support day-to-day office administration and coordination activities. The role involves documentation, record-keeping, vendor coordination, and assisting the HR/Admin team to ensure smooth office operations.
This is a support-level administrative role and does not involve team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain office records, files, and documentation

• Handle attendance, leave records, and basic HR documentation

• Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services

• Manage couriers, dispatch, and incoming/outgoing mail

• Assist with onboarding formalities for new joiners

• Maintain inventory of stationery and office assets

• Support meeting arrangements and office logistics

• Ensure admin policies and procedures are followed

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to employees

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline

• 1–3 years of experience in office administration / admin support

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi
  (Marathi preferred)

• Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

• Ability to coordinate and handle routine admin tasks efficiently
