Supervise housekeeping staff and their daily activities.
Ensure cleanliness of offices, cabins, meeting rooms, reception, washrooms, pantry, and common areas.
Prepare housekeeping duty schedules and monitor attendance.
Ensure proper cleaning of floors, furniture, windows, washrooms, and common areas.
Monitor availability of cleaning materials and consumables.
Ensure proper waste collection and disposal.
Conduct regular inspections and address housekeeping issues immediately.
Coordinate pest control, deep cleaning, sanitization, and other facility services when required.
Monitor electrical, plumbing, civil, AC, lighting, and other facility-related issues.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
Maintain records of maintenance complaints and their resolution.
Coordinate AMC/service contracts for equipment and facilities.
Ensure fire extinguishers, emergency equipment, and safety facilities are maintained.
Monitor generator/UPS, air-conditioning, water supply, and other essential utilities where applicable.
Ensure the workplace is safe, clean, functional, and comfortable for employees.
Ensure availability of stationery, office supplies, drinking water, and other essentials.
Maintain office assets, furniture, equipment, and inventory records.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office infrastructure.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, service providers, and maintenance agencies.
Monitor office security, access control, housekeeping, and safety arrangements.
Manage courier, postal, visitor, and general office requirements.
Maintain administrative registers and records.
Maintain office stationery and consumable stock.
Maintain fixed asset and office equipment registers.
Track issue/return of company assets such as laptops, phones, ID cards, keys, and other equipment.
Conduct periodic physical verification of assets and inventory.
Ensure proper tagging and documentation of company assets.
