Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication, coordination, documentation, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office administration and general operational activities.
Maintain office records, files, documents, and databases.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, correspondence, and communications.
Coordinate with employees, clients, vendors, and service providers.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
Monitor office maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other facility-related requirements.
Assist with travel arrangements, meetings, events, and appointments.
Prepare reports, letters, notices, and other administrative documents.
Maintain attendance and support basic HR-related administrative activities.
Handle vendor coordination, quotations, purchase requests, and invoices.
Ensure company policies and administrative procedures are followed.
Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in administration or a similar role.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
