The Admin Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations, supporting office management, coordinating with vendors, and assisting other departments (Sales, Technical, Accounts, and HR) in routine activities.
Office Administration
Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
Ensure office facilities (electricity, internet, housekeeping, etc.) are functioning properly.
Handle inward & outward couriers, letters, and documentation.
Vendor & Purchase Coordination
Coordinate with vendors for office/technical requirements.
Collect quotations, prepare comparative statements, and raise purchase requests.
Maintain AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) & vendor records.
Employee Support
Assist HR in maintaining attendance & leave records.
Support in arranging ID cards, visiting cards, and staff requirements.
Handle travel, hotel booking, and other logistic arrangements.
Accounts & Compliance Support
Assist accounts team with bill collection, petty cash management, and filing.
Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Telecom (ISP) Specific Support
Maintain customer contract agreements, CAF (Customer Application Forms), and compliance documents.
Coordinate with the Technical team for infrastructure requirements (routers, switches, cabling, etc.).
Follow up with vendors for network-related materials and services.
General Administration
Maintain office cleanliness & discipline.
Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and handle correspondence.
Support management in day-to-day operational tasks.
