We are looking for a Accounts executive - HR to join our team at Caspian Management Services LLP to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and financial records.
Assist in accounts payable and receivable activities.
Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
Reconcile bank statements and account records.
Support monthly accounting and documentation activities.
Coordinate with auditors and finance teams as required.
Skills Required
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Tally, ERP, or accounting software will be an added advantage.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
