The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing sales performance, maintaining inventory, and promoting Ayurvedic and herbal wellness products. The role requires strong leadership, retail management skills, and a basic understanding of Ayurvedic products and natural wellness solutions.
1. Store Operations
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and visual merchandising aligned with brand standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
2. Sales & Business Growth
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Promote Ayurvedic and herbal products to customers and educate them about benefits and usage.
Implement sales strategies, in-store promotions, and product campaigns to increase revenue.
Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
3. Customer Experience
Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
Address customer queries related to herbal products, wellness solutions, and product usage.
Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
4. Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers or warehouse for replenishment.
Ensure proper storage of Ayurvedic and herbal products.
Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
5. Team Management
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
Assign duties and monitor staff performance.
Motivate the team to achieve sales goals and maintain service standards.
6. Product Knowledge & Promotion
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ayurvedic formulations, herbal ingredients, and wellness benefits.
Train staff on product features, benefits, and customer consultation techniques.
Promote awareness of natural health and wellness products.
7. Reporting & Administration
Maintain sales records, billing, and financial documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store performance reports.
Coordinate with head office for marketing, procurement, and operational support.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Ayurveda, Pharmacy, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in Ayurvedic, herbal, healthcare, or FMCG products.
