Job Description

GENIEESTATE PVT LTD is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Head Telecaller to lead the telecalling team, improve sales performance, and ensure excellent customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the telecalling team.

• Monitor daily calling performance and achieve team targets.

• Train new telecallers and conduct regular performance reviews.

• Handle escalated customer queries and provide effective solutions.

• Maintain high-quality customer interactions and follow-up processes.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for lead management.

• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.

• Ensure CRM data is updated accurately.

• Develop calling strategies to improve lead conversion and productivity.

• Maintain discipline, attendance, and team efficiency.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Strong experience in telecalling, sales, or customer relationship management.

• Ability to manage a team and achieve business targets.

• Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure.

Qualification

• Minimum: 12th Pass

• Graduate candidates will be preferred.

• Prior team handling experience is preferred.

Working Hours

• 8 Hours per Day

• Weekly Off: Any One Day / 4 Offs Per Month
