Key Responsibilities
• Call Management: Handle incoming patient calls, book appointments, and answer general queries.
• Patient Flow: Welcome families, manage the waiting lounge, and guide pediatric patients smoothly.
• Review Generation: Proactively gather constructive feedback and Google reviews from parents post-visit.
• Data Management: Maintain, update, and systematically organize digital patient data sheets.
Requirements
• Experience: Prior healthcare or clinic coordination experience is mandatory.
• Languages: Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in basic computer tasks like Excel and Google Sheets.
• Attitude: Compassionate, patient-friendly, and highly comfortable managing a pediatric workload.
