Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in customers and explain our electric scooter models, features, range and pricing.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the right EV model.
Conduct and coordinate test rides.
Generate leads through telecalling, WhatsApp and local marketing.
Follow up with existing enquiries and convert leads into bookings.
Explain finance options, down payment and documentation process to customers.
Handle customer objections and negotiate professionally to close sales.
Maintain daily enquiry, follow-up and booking records.
Coordinate with the owner/team for vehicle delivery.
Help maintain the showroom and ensure a professional customer experience.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year and maximum 5 years of experience in sales.
Experience in EV / Automobile / Two-Wheeler / Vehicle / Mobile or similar sales will be preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Must be confident in handling customers and closing sales.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and calling.
Should be target-oriented and willing to work in the field when required.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
Salary & Incentives:
Fixed Salary: upto ₹30,000 per month
Performance Incentive: Up to ₹15,000+ per month
Additional incentives/bonuses based on sales performance.
Salary will depend on experience, communication skills and previous sales performance.
Job Location: Nalasopara (East), Palghar, Maharashtra
Important: This is a Sales-focused position. Candidates who are confident in customer handling, follow-up and closing sales are preferred.
