Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front Desk Operations
Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and office correspondence
Maintain appointment schedules and meeting coordination
Ensure smooth front desk operations and office discipline
Maintain records, files, and basic administrative documentation
Sales & Customer Coordination
Attend customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information
Generate and follow up on leads through walk-ins and calls
Assist in sales closures and support sales-related activities
Maintain customer data and follow-up reports
Contribute to achieving assigned sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Professional appearance and confident interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Customer-focused approach with sales orientation
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience in reception, customer service, or sales will be an advantage
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
