Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome walk-in visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments
Make outbound calls to clients/leads as per company requirements
Maintain call records and follow-up sheets
Explain basic services/products to potential customers over the phone
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars
Manage visitor logs and handle courier/delivery records
Assist with administrative tasks like data entry, follow-up emails, filing, etc.
Keep the reception area clean and organized at all times
