Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and manage reception and appointments.

  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and follow-ups, sales call with prospective clients.

  • Explain clinic services, diet programs, and wellness packages to interested clients.

  • Assist with client registration, payments, billing, and record management.

  • Maintain client data and appointments using clinic CRM software.

  • Coordinate with dietitians and the clinic team for smooth daily operations.

  • Build positive client relationships and support business growth through ethical, service-oriented communication.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and CRM software.

  • Friendly personality, professional attitude, and good organisational skills.

  • Prior experience in reception, customer service, healthcare, or sales will be an advantage.

  • Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
