About the Role

Make My Propertyz is looking for a confident, energetic, and camera-friendly Video Anchor to represent our brand across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking in front of the camera, explaining real estate projects and properties, creating engaging reels, and interacting naturally with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and present real estate videos, property walkthroughs, and promotional videos.

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form videos.

• Visit properties, projects, construction sites, and other locations for video shoots.

• Explain property features, specifications, pricing, location advantages, and amenities in a simple and engaging manner.

• Conduct interviews with builders, developers, property owners, architects, customers, and industry professionals.

• Participate in company promotional campaigns and marketing activities.

• Develop creative ideas and scripts for social media content.

• Deliver content naturally rather than simply reading from a script.

• Coordinate with the video editing and marketing team to produce high-quality content.

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive brand image while representing Make My Propertyz.

• Stay updated on real estate trends, projects, locations, and customer interests.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong confidence and a natural presence in front of the camera.

• Good Kannada and English communication skills.

• Hindi is an added advantage.

• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.

• Ability to speak clearly and explain information in an easy-to-understand manner.

• Comfortable travelling to different property locations in Bangalore.

• Should be creative and understand what makes social media content engaging.

• Basic knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Reels, and Shorts.

• Previous experience as a video anchor, presenter, RJ, VJ, content creator, influencer, journalist, or sales presenter is an advantage.

• Freshers with excellent communication and strong camera confidence are also welcome.

Preferred Skills

• Real estate or property industry knowledge.

• Experience creating Instagram Reels or YouTube videos.

• Interviewing and storytelling skills.

• Basic understanding of video production.

• Ability to work with scripts as well as improvise naturally.

• Strong social media awareness.
