Receptionist/Sales Executive

1. Customer Service & Reception

• Greet and welcome members and visitors.

• Answer inquiries about gym memberships, services, and facilities.

• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.

• Assist members with check-in and check-out.

2. Membership Sales & Renewals

• Explain membership plans, promotions, and pricing.

• Process new memberships and renewals.

• Maintain accurate records of members.

3. Administrative & Operational Tasks

• Manage calls, emails, and messages.

• Maintain daily attendance and entry logs.

• Ensure gym rules and policies are followed.

• Coordinate with trainers and housekeeping for a clean and organized gym.

4. Payments & Billing

• Handle cash, card, and digital payments.

• Generate and issue invoices/receipts.

• Maintain records of financial transactions.

5. Scheduling & Coordination

• Schedule personal training sessions or group classes.

• Update members about upcoming events, classes, or changes in gym operations.

• Coordinate with trainers, staff, and management for smooth workflow.

6. Marketing & Member Engagement

• Promote gym offers and referral programs.

• Collect feedback and suggestions from members.

• Assist in social media updates and engagement if required.

A good front desk executive creates a welcoming atmosphere, enhances customer experience, and helps boost gym memberships and retention.
