Job Description – Receptionist / Sales Coordinator

Position Overview

PROBURST is looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-friendly Receptionist / Sales Coordinator to manage front desk operations, billing, customer handling, and sales support at our Experience Center. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional personality, and basic computer knowledge to assist customers and drive in-store sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend walk-in customers professionally

• Explain PROBURST products, offers, and benefits to customers

• Generate bills and manage billing software/POS system

• Handle cash, UPI, card payments, and maintain billing records

• Support in achieving daily and monthly sales targets

• Maintain customer database and follow-up with leads/customers

• Coordinate with store team for stock and product availability

• Keep reception and store area clean, organized, and professional

• Assist customers with product selection and offers

• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service experience

Requirements

• Smart, presentable, and confident personality

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada preferred

• Basic computer knowledge and billing/POS handling skills

• Sales-oriented mindset with customer handling skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

• Experience in retail, gym supplement, fashion, or wellness industry preferred

• Female candidates preferred

Qualification

• Any Graduate / PUC / Diploma

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
