We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for managing front desk operations, answering calls, and providing administrative support.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable
Manage appointments, meetings, and schedules
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain visitor logs and records
Provide basic information to clients and customers
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
Coordinate with other departments when required
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or similar role (preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification is a plus)
