About the Role

Movement with Physios is looking for a Sales Executive to manage incoming leads, communicate with potential customers, schedule appointments, and convert enquiries into paying patients.

The candidate will be stationed at the reception/front desk and will be responsible for handling leads received through calls, WhatsApp, online enquiries, and other sources.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and respond to incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.

• Understand the customer's requirements and explain the clinic's physiotherapy services.

• Follow up consistently with prospective customers and convert enquiries into appointments/conversions.

• Handle walk-in customers and assist them with the registration/appointment process.

• Maintain accurate records of all leads, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.

• Keep track of customers visiting the clinic and update their status in the CRM/records.

• Coordinate with physiotherapists and the internal team regarding appointments.

• Ensure timely follow-ups with leads who have not yet booked an appointment.

• Maintain a professional and welcoming experience for every customer.

• Achieve monthly conversion and sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.

• Ability to follow up consistently and close leads.

• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets/CRM software.

• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.

• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude.

• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, front desk, or healthcare sales will be an advantage.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
