· Handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on inquiries and databases.
· Performing counseling for interested candidates by making outbound calls.
· Providing timely and accurate information to prospective students about the admission process, courses, and other relevant details.
· Understanding the student requirements and guiding them to the right programmes fitting his/her requirement.
· Converting inquiries into admissions.
· Handling Walk-ins.
· Maintaining a database of potential leads and following up on them regularly.
· Working towards meeting individual and team admission goals.
· Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
· Monitoring the overall cleanliness of the classrooms, cabins, desk and other utility areas.
· Monitoring the IN and OUT of the entire staff and noting the same in the register.
· Informing management/ HR Department for any issues related to IN and OUT of the staff and also other matters.
· Managing filing system.
· Recording information as needed.
· Maintaining the Notice board for up to date information.
· Providing reports to the management as and when required.
