Overview:
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The role requires a professional, courteous, and well-organized individual who can manage front desk operations efficiently and represent the company positively.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Manage visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure security protocols are followed.
Provide basic administrative support to various departments, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Assist with office supply management and inventory tracking.
Respond to inquiries from clients, customers, and visitors, providing information or redirecting as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Minimum 6 months –3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Gmail).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any stream.
Experience in corporate office settings.
Knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, EPABX system).
Office-based role.
Standard business hours, with occasional flexibility if required.
