Ensure zero missed calls and timely callback within 15 minutes
Support Ayushman / insurance documentation coordination
Maintain clean, organized and presentable reception area
Handle patient complaints politely and escalate when needed
Follow hospital SOPs strictly (admission, discharge, billing)
Take Google reviews from patients as per daily targets
