Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Admin Cum Guest Relationship to join our team. The successful candidate will handle a wide variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. You will be the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, support office functions, and ensure that systems and procedures are efficient and effective.
Roles and Responsibility
1. Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
2. Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and correspondence.
3. Greet clients, visitors, and employees in a professional manner.
4. Help manage office operations, including equipment maintenance and facility coordination.
5. Assist with onboarding and training new staff, if required.
