Experience: 1 to 3 years

Salary:- 15K to 25K In hand
Qualification:- Graduation
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required
Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times
Schedule and manage meeting rooms and appointments
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in office administration is a plus
Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
