Key Responsibilities:
Guest Reception & Greeting:
Warmly welcome all guests and VIPs with professionalism and elegance.
Ensure guests feel valued from the moment they arrive.
Information & Assistance:
Provide accurate directions, store information, mall events, and promotions.
Assist with concierge-style services (e.g., transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, gift suggestions).
Customer Service Excellence:
Proactively identify guest needs and offer assistance before being asked.
Handle guest concerns or complaints with discretion and escalate when necessary.
VIP & Loyalty Guest Handling:
Recognize and cater to high-spending or loyalty members with personalized attention.
Coordinate with the concierge or customer relationship team for enhanced service.
Safety & Appearance:
Maintain a clean, organized, and stylish presence at the lobby or reception desk.
Monitor lobby activity and report any suspicious behaviour or security issues.
Collaboration & Communication:
Coordinate with valet, security, housekeeping, and retail staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Stay updated on mall updates, store openings, and marketing initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service training preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in luxury retail, hotels, or hospitality.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Appearance: Impeccable grooming and adherence to luxury brand presentation standards.
Personality: Confident, friendly, attentive, discreet, and proactive.
