Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations, handle visitor interactions, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and mail
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Coordinate with internal teams for meeting room bookings
Assist in basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, etc.)
Support HR/Admin activities as required
Requirements:
Any Graduate / Diploma / SSLC
0–2 years of experience in a similar role
Good communication skills (English, Kannada, and Hindi)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Presentable personality with a customer-focused attitude
