Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Maintain the reception area, meeting rooms, and ensure a professional office appearance.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, property visits, and appointments for sales executives.
Maintain visitor logs, attendance registers, courier records, and office supplies inventory.
Assist the sales and CRM teams with document handling, filing, and coordination tasks.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and courier services.
Support HR/Admin in onboarding new employees and managing office events or activities.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
