● Team Leadership & Supervision ■ Lead and manage a team of receptionists/front office executives. ■ Oversee daily activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. ■ Ensure vendor attendance & payroll is managed closely. ■ Provide guidance, training, and performance monitoring. ● Clinic Operations Management ■ Coordinate and streamline processes across assigned three clinics. ■ Ensure adherence to SOPs and organizational policies. ■ Handle escalations and resolve administration challenges effectively. ● Front Office Oversight ■ Supervise patient interactions, appointment scheduling, and desk operations. ■ Maintain a professional, polite, and service-oriented environment. ● Financial & Inventory Control ■ Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily reconciliations. ■ Manage stock and supplies across assigned clinics, ensuring timely replenishment.
