We are looking for a highly presentable and professional Receptionist who will be responsible for welcoming guests, visitors, and interview candidates. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to manage front-office operations smoothly. This role also includes maintaining records of returned parcels.
Greet and welcome guests, visitors, clients, and interview candidates in a polite and professional manner.
Maintain visitor logbook and ensure all visitors sign in/out.
Inform concerned departments or employees about the arrival of guests or interviewees.
Guide visitors to the appropriate meeting rooms or waiting areas.
Coordinate and schedule interview candidates as per HR instructions.
Assist HR in managing walk-in interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Provide accurate information to callers and take messages when required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Manage stationery records and stock at the front desk.
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks when required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Presentable, polite, and professional behavior.
Ability to multitask and handle front-office pressure.
Time management and record-keeping skills.
Pursuing Graduation or Graduated.
Full-time, office-based role.
