• 0–3 Years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome)

Qualification

• Graduate or Undergraduate

• Basic computer knowledge is mandatory

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner.

• Manage customer appointments and walk-in registrations.

• Generate customer tokens and coordinate with the sales team.

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media.

• Collect and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.

• Conduct post-visit feedback calls and maintain customer satisfaction records.

• Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and service requests.

• Coordinate with different departments for smooth customer service.

• Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when required.

• Maintain daily customer support reports and MIS.

• Support showroom events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.

• Ensure the reception and customer waiting area remain well managed.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi & Basic English)

• Pleasant personality and professional appearance

• Customer-centric attitude

• Good interpersonal and coordination skills

• Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment

Working Hours

10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Weekly Off

One day per week as per showroom schedule.
