​Role Overview:
​We are looking for a professional and presentable Female Receptionist to manage our front desk and serve as the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, greet visitors, and maintain a professional office environment.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Visitor Management: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
​Call Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
​Communication: Coordinate office activities and handle inquiries via email and phone.
​Documentation: Maintain visitor logs, organize files, and handle incoming/outgoing couriers.
​Administrative Support: Assist with basic data entry and scheduling meetings or appointments.
​Requirements & Qualifications:
​Education: Minimum Graduate or 12th Pass.
​Communication: Fluency in Hindi and basic proficiency in English.
​Computer Skills: Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word) and Email.
​Soft Skills: Polite behavior, multitasking ability, and a professional appearance.
​Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).

​Office Timing: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
