Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the visitor logbook and ensure security and hospitality protocols are followed.
- Manage front desk operations, including stationery and office supplies.
- Handle petty cash, maintain records, and prepare expense reports.
- Oversee pantry management — ensure availability of refreshments and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance needs.
- Assist in administrative and clerical tasks, including filing, documentation, and courier handling.
- Support HR and Admin teams in day-to-day operations and staff coordination.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and office area.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 0.5–3 years of experience as a receptionist, front office, or admin executive (real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, good grooming, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and record keeping.
