• Visitor Management: Maintain records of all visitors and appointments.
• Maintaining Office Supplies and Stationery: Ensure sufficient stock of office
supplies and stationery.
• Assisting HR: Support HR in daily administrative tasks and coordination activities.
• Assisting HR in Purchases: Help the HR team with office-related purchase
requirements and follow-ups.
• Maintaining First Aid: Keep the office first-aid kit stocked and organized.
• Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the concerned department
• Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms in an orderly manner.
