Core Responsibilities
Customer Reception: Warmly welcome guests as they enter the showroom, determine the nature of their visit, and ensure they feel comfortable.
Sales Support: Notify the correct sales executive or department when a customer arrives and assist with customer profiling.
Inquiries & Admin: Handle incoming phone calls, manage switchboards, and answer basic questions regarding products, services, or ongoing promotions.
Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the front desk and waiting areas are neat, organized, and stocked with up-to-date brochures or catalogs.
Feedback & Follow-ups: Collect customer feedback forms upon departure and assist in maintaining accurate visitor logs.
