Job Title: Receptionist

📍 Location: Vasant kunj, Delhi (On-site)

🕒 Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients/clients and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.

Key Responsiblities

Greet and welcome patients/visitors in a professional manner
Manage appointments and scheduling
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and messages
Maintain records and data accurately
Assist with billing and administrative tasks
Ensure the front desk area is clean and organised
Coordinate with internal staff for smooth operations

Requirements

Minimum qualification: Any Graduate
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Presentable and customer-friendly personality
Prior experience in a clinic/hospital/reception is preferred

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to 25k per month (based on experience)
