We are looking for a courteous and well-organized Receptionist to manage the front desk operations of our hospital and serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The role involves greeting and assisting patients, managing appointments and registrations, handling phone calls and inquiries, and maintaining accurate patient records. The receptionist will coordinate with doctors and staff to ensure smooth daily operations, assist with basic billing or payment processes if required, and maintain a clean and professional reception area. The ideal candidate should have at least a 12th pass or a graduate degree, good communication skills in Hindi and English, and a pleasant, professional demeanor. Basic computer knowledge is mandatory, and proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is a must. Prior experience in a hospital or clinic setting will be an added advantage. The candidate should be able to multitask, handle pressure efficiently, and provide excellent patient service at all times.
