Responsibilities:
Efficiently handle patient admissions, discharges, and insurance processing through computer systems.
Proficiently draft and manage emails, ensuring clear and effective communication with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry, documentation, and report generation.
Maintain accurate electronic records of patient information, appointments, and medical histories.
Assist in the coordination of administrative tasks related to patient care, including scheduling appointments and managing inquiries.
Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations within the hospital.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with patients and colleagues.
Strong computer skills, with the ability to navigate various software applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
Prior experience in a healthcare setting or similar environment preferred.
