About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, confident and customer-focused Receptionist who will be responsible for welcoming customers, assisting them with their queries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience at the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers in a polite and professional manner.

• Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate section or salesperson.

• Handle customer queries regarding products, offers, pricing, availability and store services.

• Assist customers with basic complaints and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.

• Handle customer calls and provide relevant information.

• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception/front-desk area.

• Coordinate with the Sales and Store Operations teams.

• Assist customers with returns, exchanges and other service-related queries as per company policy.

• Maintain basic customer records and feedback.

• Help improve overall customer satisfaction and store experience.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: +2 / Graduate preferred

• Freshers can apply; 0–2 years of customer service/reception experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / computer operations.

• Ability to remain calm and professional while handling customers.

• Comfortable working in a retail store environment.

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM | 1-hour break
Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
