Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
Manage the front desk and handle incoming calls.

Maintain the customer database and daily MIS reports.
Schedule customer appointments and follow-up calls.
Coordinate with sales and service departments for smooth customer handling.
Handle customer feedback and ensure a positive customer experience.
