We are looking for a pleasant, well-spoken, and customer-oriented Receptionist to manage front-desk activities. The ideal candidate will handle client interactions, calls, and general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Manage incoming phone calls and maintain call logs
Handle visitor entries, appointments, and inquiries
Maintain the reception area and ensure cleanliness and organization
Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
Provide information about the company and guide visitors appropriately
1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Pleasant personality and professional behavior
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently
Strong organizational and time-management skills
